Booking & payment

How can I get information and make a booking?

  • You can easily request information or a quote for our mobile homes or camping pitches (tents, camper vans, or caravans) through our online form (recommended), or by phone or email. Our booking team will get back to you with a quote via email or WhatsApp.
  • To confirm your booking, simply click the “Book” button on the page you receive.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, to secure your booking we require a 30% deposit, payable by bank transfer.

Do children pay?

Children are charged from 4 years old, both in mobile homes and on camping pitches.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is €1.50 per person (applies to guests aged 12 and over) and is charged for the first 5 days of your stay.

What payment methods do you accept?

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer. For the balance on arrival, we accept cash, debit card, cheque, and credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

Mobile homes

What’s included in the price of a mobile home?

Your stay includes:

  • Water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, and TV
  • Weekly bed linen change and towel change twice a week
  • Final cleaning
  • Access to the swimming pool
  • Sunbeds and umbrellas just a few steps from the sea
    (please note: spots are not assigned)
  • Use of tennis, five-a-side football, and beach volleyball courts
  • Entertainment and mini club (ages 4–9) during high season
  • One parking space inside the property

Do mobile homes have a kitchen?

Yes! Each mobile home comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a fridge, cookware, and tableware—perfect if you’d like to cook your own meals.

Do mobile homes have a bidet?

Some units include a bidet. So, make sure to let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I request a crib or high chair?

Of course you can! We recommend requesting them at the time of booking to make sure they’re available.

What are the check-in & check-out times?

Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Is smoking allowed in the mobile homes?

Smoking inside the mobile homes is strictly prohibited.

Are pets allowed in the mobile homes?

Pets are welcome! An additional fee applies for dogs, so please mention this when requesting a quote. Dogs must not exceed 15 kg in weight.

Are guests without overnight stay allowed in the mobile homes?

Certainly, at a cost of €10 per day in the low season, €12 per day in the mid season, and €15 per day in the high season.

Pitches for Tents / Camper Vans / Caravans

What services are included in the pitch price?

The following services are included:

  • One parking space in the property’s parking area
  • Electricity
  • Hot showers
  • Tennis, five-a-side football, and beach volleyball courts
  • Entertainment and mini club for children (ages 4–9) during high season

Do the pitches have electricity?

Yes, all pitches are equipped with electric hook-ups: 6 amps for tents and 10 amps for camper vans.

What are the check-in & check-out times?

  • Check-in depends on pitch availability
  • Check-out: by 12:00 PM

Are pets allowed?

Absolutely! Pets are always welcome An extra fee of €8.00 per day applies for dogs.

Can I have visitors?

Yes, visitors are welcome. Please check our rates for the daily fee per guest.

The beach

Is the beach close to the village/campsite?

Yes, it can be accessed from inside the village/campsite.

Is the beach accessible for guests with disabilities?

Absolutely! A special beach wheelchair (JOB chair) is available—just ask the lifeguard.

Is there an equipped beach area?

Yes, just a few steps away from the sea you’ll find a fully equipped sunbathing area. It’s included for guests staying in mobile homes, while campers can rent sunbeds and umbrellas (subject to availability).

Are there seaweeds in the water?

You may notice Posidonia, a natural seagrass that grows only in clean, healthy waters

Is the beach rocky?

Not at all! The beach is sandy, making it perfect for families with children.

Pets

Can I bring my pet to the beach?

Yes, pets are welcome on the beach, as long as they are kept on a leash.

In which areas are dogs allowed?

Dogs can go almost everywhere, except the amphitheatre and the swimming pool area.

Is there an area where dogs can run freely?

Yes, we have a dedicated dog area where they can play off-leash.

Can I wash my dog in the campsite showers?

No, that’s not allowed—but don’t worry, there’s a special dog shower available.

Entertainment

Is there an entertainment service available?

Of course! Starting from June 1st, we offer entertainment activities for both adults and children.

What time do the entertainment activities start and end?

Activities run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:30 PM until midnight.

Swimming pool

What are the swimminig pool opening and closing hours?

The opening hours vary depending on the season: approximately, in low season the pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., while in high season from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

How much does the swimming pool entry cost?

The half-day fee is €3.00 per person, and the full-day fee is €5.00.

Mini Market

Does the mini market have a deli counter and a fruit and vegetable section?

Certainly, the mini market offers a full range of essential everyday products.

Is it possible to charge electric cars?

Yes, there is a charging station near the reception where you can request a card for charging.

Is there a laundry service in the campsite?

There are coin-operated washing machines by the restrooms area. The cost of one coin is €5.00.

Is there a bar in the campsite?

Yes, there is a bar within the campsite.
